This warranty covers the resurfaced area against product or application failure.

If the problem is due to application or product failure on the part of Anew Surface, we will make the necessary repairs at no cost to the customer. If the problem is from misuse or improper care Anew Surface will make the necessary repairs at full cost to the customer.
This warranty will be voided due to misuse and improper care of the resurfaced area. This includes but is not limited to:

USE OF SUCTION CUP BATHMATS
-
USE OF BATHTUB APPLIQUES
-
WASHING PETS IN THE BATHTUB
-
WASHING LAUNDRY IN THE BATHTUB
-
USE OF SCOURING PADS
-
USING HARSH, ABRASIVE CLEANING CHEMICALS
-
LEAKING FAUCET
-
BURNED SURFACES
-
CUTTING OF SURFACE, KNIFE MARKS
*This warranty Does Not cover damage caused by any person working within the property or performing any type of work to the resurfaced area.
*Anew Surface reserves the right to void this warranty for any reason at our discretion.
To ensure the resurfaced area stands the test of time it must be cared for properly. Please refer to the care page for suggestions on how to protect and maintain the life of the resurfaced area.
Care Instructions
Anew Surface is not responsible for the actions taken by individuals, therefore it is important that the care instructions are provided to any person residing in the property.
These instructions are to serve as a guide to help care for and protect the resurfaced area.

Do Not use abrasive cloths, rough sponges or scouring pads when cleaning resurfaced area

Do Not use products containing abrasives

Do Not use harsh cleaning products or chemicals such as Ajax, Comet, Bleach & Ammonia, or products containing bleach & ammonia

Do Not use suction cup bathmats or bathtub appliques
-
Do Not wash pets or laundry in bathtub
-
Do Not chop or cut directly on countertops
-
Do Not place hot cookware directly on countertops
-
Do Not allow any cleaning product or chemical to dry on resurfaced area
We recommend frequently cleaning the resurfaced area using non-abrasive cleaning products such as, but not limited to:

Scrubbing Bubbles

Lysol Tub & Tile cleaner
-
Dawn or other dish soaps
-
Fantastik
-
409 without bleach
-
Apply a non-abrasive cleaning product and allow it to sit on the resurfaced area for 3-5 minutes

Use a soft, damp cloth to clean resurfaced areas

Thoroughly rinse away all cleaning product and dry completely with a soft towel

Apply a non-abrasive cleaning product and allow it to sit on the no-slip surface for 3-5 minutes

Clean no-slip surface with a soft bristle nylon brush

Thoroughly rinse away all cleaning product and dry completely with a soft towel
